Vlárska Polyfunction Building
Modern design polyfunction building in Slovakia's capital Bratislava. Offers residential, adminstrative and commercial premises.
A new polyfunction building will be constructed in
Bratislava’s popular and attractive area Kramáre. At the
corner where the streets Klenová and Vlárska meet, new modern
design house with residential, administrative and commercial parts
will be built.
Its main advantage is the locality adjacent to the centre and
overlooking much of the city. At the same time it borders with
popular natural lesuire and sport place such as “Železná studienka”
in Little Carpathians mountain rage (sought after by families with
children or active people), or “Kamzík” TV tower with new
Mediterranean cuisine restaurant at 70 m height. The restaurant is
divided into a observation cafe bar Brasseria and main section with
rotating tables to provide 360 panoramatic view. In conditions of
good visibility, Austria, Hungary,
the Czech Republic, and, of course, Slovakia, are
visible from the tower.
