Lands at Lake Resort with completed engineering networks
Lake Resort Striebornica, exceptional natural site for construction of recreational and year-round houses, only 5 minutes away from the famous spa town Piešťany in Slovakia has completed its engineering networks.
The lands are now furnished with functional connections for
drinking water and electricity supplies, including rainwater
drainage with a system of protection from torrential rains.
“We are glad to have completed engineering networks earlier than
planned, “ says Lukas Cizik, Reprogas company director that is the
project general construction supplier. This means that you can now
start building your new house of your dreams immediately after
obtaining a respective building permit
Construction of parking and children playgroud is now at the
preparatory phase. The second phase of the local road construction
is set to be finished in July 2012. The plan includes completion of
the asphalted section and laying the interlocking paving, border
stones and public lights. Electricity with transformation station
will be built by the end of 2012 at the latest.
